CAPACITY BUILDING COMMITTEE
Enhance capacity of partners:
Capacity-building aides partners in providing and advocating for high quality, sequential arts education in school and the community. Past sessions include Creating a Survey, Grant Writing, Telling your Story, and Intellectual Property Law.
Build and sustain a strong cross sector:
Engagement implements advocacy strategies through content and design on our website, blog, and social media and connects the many stakeholders needed to sustain our important works.
Deliver healing-centered arts learning:
Provide training on trauma and resiliency, social emotional learning, and culturally responsive pedagogy to deepen approaches to arts education and develop integrated best practices that empower those working with Newark youth.
